The DNR's fall color finder map, as of Thursday, shows portions of the state displaying seasonal color change at 10-50%. As of Monday, it was at 10-25%. Northern parts of the state are showing yellow-green or yellow leaves, as the rest of the state remains at mostly yellow-green and green leaves.
"I also want to make sure all of you understand that as we talk about statistics, these are human lives," Arradondo said. "And particularly, our young black and brown boys and men, their lives are not disposable."
