Restaurant officials say the location will house Centro, an abbreviated version of Vivir and its newest concept Everywhen Burger Bar.
According to the restaurant, the taco and cocktail menu will be the same as its original Northeast spot. The Vivir menu will be more limited than the original, but will still have breakfast tacos, cemitas, burritos and yucca fries.
New-concept Everywhen will focus on smash burgers and chicken sandwiches, fries, salads, signature cocktails and desserts.
The overall look of the new location will feel similar to the Northwest spot. It will also include artwork by local artists. The space will include two private event spaces and a patio in addition to indoor seating.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be available starting Aug. 4, with brunch launching at a later date.
A third location is expected to open in St. Paul at Highland Village in the Highland Park neighborhood sometime in 2023.
