Royce White won the Republican nomination for the Minnesota Senate in the primary election on Tuesday.
White captured the state Republican Party’s endorsement in May to take on incumbent Sen. Amy Klobuchar.

Joe Fraser, a Navy veteran, was the other top contender for the Republican nomination.

Ilhan Omar defeated Don Samuels, and Royce White will be taking on Amy Klobuchar this November.
