Grill packs handed out to families of 700 National Guard members in St. Paul

On Wednesday, a local organization called ‘Serving our Troops’ handed out grill packs to families of 700 National Guard members preparing to deploy.
"The first thing you ask a deploying soldier or airmen or military member what we can do to help support them, their first response is [to] take care of their families. And so it’s these kinds of events that really help display to our deploying service members… are all behind them and their families," Brig. Gen. Sandy Best told KSTP.
‘Serving our Troops’ teamed up with Mancini’s in St. Paul to hand out the steak dinners.
