American Red Cross begins testing for COVID-19 antibodies

Beginning Monday, all blood, platelet and plasma donations to the American Red Cross will be screened and tested for possible COVID-19 antibodies.

The Red Cross will continue testing for antibodies through the summer and hopes to secure funding to be able to offer additional screening for the foreseeable future.
