Snowstorm stays just south of Twin Cities Today.

Twin Cities will just stay north of Heavy Snow and Blizzard Conditions that will occur across far southern Minnesota into southwestern Wisconsin mainly along a line from Estherville, Iowa to Albert Lea to Rochester and east to Black River Falls, Wisconsin.
Travel south of the Twin Cities Today and Tonight on I-35 from Owatonna and south through Albert Lea to Mason City, Iowa and I-90 from Fairmont east to Austin, Rochester, Winona and into southwest Wisconsin is not advised because of Heavy Snow and Blizzard Conditions that will continue into the evening then tapering off by Midnight.
Cloudy, Cold and Windy Today in the Twin Cities with highs in the low 40s but Gusty Winds from the Northeast at 20 to 40 mph will make it feel more like the low 30s. Flurries and Drizzle possible at times this afternoon but nothing serious to cause driving delays for the Rush Hour Tonight. Decreasing Winds and Clouds Tonight with lows near 30 Degrees by the 7:15 a.m. Thursday sunrise and Partly Cloudy Skies and Northwest Winds at 5 to 15 mph.
Thursday is the first official day of Spring ( Sun direct rays over the Equator ) and the Weather will be pleasant in the Twin Cities with Sunshine and highs in the upper 40s to near 50 Degrees with Southwest Winds at 10 to 15 mph ( Breezy ). JONATHAN YUHAS
