White Castle Stuffing

Dan Stotlz’ mom’s recipe
Serves 10+

10 White Castle burgers – no pickles
1 ½ cups diced celery
1 ¼ tsp ground thyme
1 ½ tsp ground sage
¾ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
1 cup vegetable broth

Tear White Castle burgers into pieces.  Add celery & seasoning.  Add broth; mix well.  Let sit for 10 minutes. Spray 2 quart dish, add ingredients, and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
