Betsy’s Beauty Basics:  Lips

Around 800 million lipsticks are sold each year and it was one of the first beauty products to ever exist.  Our producer and makeup fanatic joins us to show how you can help your lipstick last all day.

4 Steps of Application:

• Wipe away excess makeup
• Line your lips
• Apply lipstick
• Blot!

Hint:  To make your lipstick last longer, Betsy suggest blotting off your lipstick with tissue until it’s no longer picking up pigment.  Then do a thin layer of pressed powder over your lips and wip away the excess.  Then reapply color on top!
