Matthew Trettel and Ryan Hanson purchased the Pillsbury Castle with the goal of preserving the mansion’s intended use, as a home. Now, they’re the owners and directors of The Pillsbury Castle Project, a major renovation that will open to the public for three weeks in May 2024.
