The Minnesota Wild are home from the Western Conference bubble with another postseason defeat. Their performance in the qualifying round against Vancouver provided more evidence that this is an incomplete team.
Wild GM Bill Guerin and head coach Dean Evason spoke to the media following the team’s arrival back home, via a Zoom press conference.

The Wild were eliminated in four games by the Canucks in their best-of-five series in Edmonton.
Goaltending has reached the top of Guerin’s offseason to-do list. He started by announcimg the dismissal of goaltending coach Bob Mason, who’d held his post for 18 years. The question now is whether Alex Stalock and Devan Dubnyk will both return to vie for the primary goalie role.
Guerin also noted that acquiring a true No. 1 center is a top priority, among many.
