Vikings sign former Concordia-St. Paul star to practice squad
Wednesday, the Minnesota Vikings signed a former local collegiate star to the practice squad.
The team signed outside linebacker Chris Garrett, a former standout at Concordia-St. Paul.
Garrett was a seventh-round draft pick of the Los Angeles Rams in 2021 but was waived by the team on Aug. 30.
The Milwaukee native fills the practice squad spot vacated by Janarius Robinson, who was signed this week by the Philadelphia Eagles.
