Twins activate Joe Ryan from COVID list

Minnesota Twins starting pitcher Joe Ryan is back.
Tuesday, the team reinstated Ryan from the COVID-19 list, which he was placed on back on May 25.
To make room on the roster for Ryan, infielder Elliot Soto — who was selected Monday by the Twins — was designated for release or assignment.
