The Twins promoted top hitting prospect Jose Miranda, along with top pitching prospect Josh Winder, to AAA-St. Paul on Monday. Both players dominated at AA-Wichita and now are knocking on the door of helping the Twins’ 26-man roster.
The Twins recently were ranked by ESPN.com as having the 5th-best farm system.
Hassan provided injury updates on Lewis, pitchers Matt Canterino, Blayne Enlow, Cole Sands, and Marco Raya, along with OF Alerick Soularie, OF Matt Wallner, and others.
