3 chances for fans to watch Gophers football practices

The University of Minnesota football team has scheduled three open practices to give fans the opportunity to watch the team.

The practices are free to the public and are set for:

Saturday, Aug. 6 at 2 p.m. at Huntington Bank Stadium.
Thursday, Aug. 11 at 7:45 p.m. at Huntington Bank Stadium.
Monday, Aug. 15 at 4:15 p.m. at Athletes Village.

Aug. 6 is also F.A.M.I.L.Y. Day and will have a fan zone with various games and entertainment for fans, as well as the team’s annual diaper drive and oar collection.

The Gophers say Big Ten Network is also scheduled to be on campus for the Aug. 15 practice.
