Vehicle crashes into utility pole in Stearns County

A utility pole in Stearns County was damaged Monday night after a vehicle ran off the road and hit it.
According to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of a crash on County Road 3 north of County Road 17 in Holding Township at about 9:20 p.m.
The sheriff’s office said 43-year-old Jeffrey Fuchs was southbound on County Road 3 in a 2003 Sterling tree service vehicle pulling a trailer. After partially entering the west ditch, Fuchs overcorrected and entered the east ditch, striking a utility pole.
The utility pole belonged to Minnesota Power, the sheriff’s office said.
No injuries were reported.
