70-year-old woman killed in fatal hit-and-run crash in St. Paul, suspected driver still on the loose
UPDATE: The woman killed in this crash has been identified as 70-year-old Phoua Hang of St. Paul, according to the Ramey County Medical Examiner.

Police say one woman is dead and a man is recovering from injuries following a late night hit-and-run crash in St. Paul.
According to St. Paul police, officers were called to the area of Forest and Magnolia avenues east in St. Paul around 10 p.m. Sunday for a report of a crash involving two vehicles.
When they arrived, they found a woman who had died at the scene from her injuries.
Police say she was in her 70s and was the driver of the victim vehicle.

Meanwhile, police say her husband was taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials say the driver and passengers of the second vehicle ran from the scene.
Despite a search by air and through K-9 use, no one has been found.
Police add the suspect’s vehicle was registered as a stolen gray Kia Sportage out of Minneapolis.
No other details regarding suspects were immediately available.
