Victim of Lino Lakes homicide identified, public’s help requested to ID suspect vehicle
Authorities on Friday identified the victim of a homicide in Lino Lakes and asked for the public’s help identifying a suspect vehicle.
According to the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old Karl Mitchell Henderson was killed Thursday.
Preliminary investigation indicates a struggle took place in the home and Henderson was shot.

The sheriff’s office said Henderson’s father reported that he arrived home Thursday afternoon and saw two people leave out of the front door and flee the scene. He then went inside and found his son suffering from life-threatening injuries. Authorities responded and attempted lifesaving measures but Henderson was pronounced dead.
No arrests had been made as of Friday.
The sheriff’s office said a dark gray GMC Terrain with no front license plate and a black grill was seen in the area during the time of the incident.
