UPDATE: Power mostly restored after outages in Hennepin County

More than 30,000 customers were without power Wednesday morning in Hennepin County.
According to Hennepin County Emergency Management, the outages affect customers in Bloomington, Richfield and south Minneapolis.
The Edina Police Department also said power was out near Southdale Center, including traffic signals along Highway 62 at France and Xerxes avenues.
Police said Xcel officials were aware of the outages and were working to restore power. According to the Xcel electric outage map, 70 customers were without power around 12:30 p.m.
A power outage is affecting the Southdale area, including the traffic signals at Hwy 62 and France & Hwy 62 and Xerxes. Please drive with caution through these areas.
