1 dead, 2 injured in Isanti crash

A man is dead following a crash Sunday afternoon on Highway 65 in Isanti, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
The crash happened at 2:43 p.m. when a Buick Enclave trying to cross Highway 65 at Town’s Edge Road was hit by an Audi S5 headed south on the highway, according to a crash report.
The crash report says the Buick then rolled into the center median.
The driver of the Buick, a 70-year-old man from Cambridge, Minnesota, was pronounced dead. The two occupants of the Audi – identified as a 20-year-old man from Isanti, Minnesota and a 20-year-old from New Richmond, Wisconsin – were taken to Cambridge Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Road conditions were listed as dry at the time of the crash.
