Plymouth police ask for help finding suspect in fatal shooting

Authorities in Plymouth are asking for the public’s help to find a suspect in a fatal shooting from last week.
Plymouth police said 23-year-old Daniel James Hart, of Brooklyn Park, was last seen leaving the scene of a shooting at around 8:25 p.m. on June 9 at a gas station on the 9600 block of 36th Avenue North. Police said Hart headed south on Highway 169 from 36th Avenue North in a black 2017 BMW 740 with the Minnesota license plate number 5BD597.
Police haven’t found the gun used in the shooting.

According to police, 28-year-old Marlon Lindly Pompey, of Maple Grove, died in the shooting.
Anyone with information that could help police find Hart is asked to call Plymouth police at 763-509-5177.
The investigation remains active.
