Minnesota State fair adds foods, vendors Tuesday to list nearing 500 options
The Minnesota State Fair has announced 38 “official new foods” and eight new food vendors for its 2022 events.
New options include Venezuelan arepas from Midtown Global Market, several cake-pop-like desserts and a host of vegan entrees.
New vendor Rick’s Pizza will introduce pickle pizza for dill lovers and pizza foodies alike.
Tuesday’s debut contributes to an ever-growing list of nearly 500 foods visitors can try, fair representatives say.
New vendors include:

- Bridge n’ Barrel Root Beer
- The Herbivorous Butcher
- Nautical Bowls
- Ric’s Pizza
- Soul Bowl
- Union Hmong Kitchen
- Waffle Chix
