Man found dead in north Minneapolis alley identified; police investigating as homicide

A man found Monday morning in a north Minneapolis alley died of a gunshot wound to the head, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.
The Minneapolis Police Department is investigating the death of Lemandre Eugene Ingram, 40, of Minneapolis, as a homicide. Officers responded to a report of a dead body around 7:15 a.m. Monday near the intersection of North 35th Avenue and Fourth Street.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a man's body, which displayed signs of trauma, Minneapolis police said.
