I-35W closing near downtown Minneapolis Oct. 21-24

A weekend closure starting Friday, Oct. 21 will completely close a portion of I-35W near the downtown Minneapolis area.

All lanes of I-35W will close between I-94 and Washington Ave. from 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21 – 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 24.

To get around the closure, you can follow the posted detour route using I-94 to Hwy 280.
