Flag raised at US embassy in Kyiv

A U.S. diplomatic source has confirmed to ABC News that the flag of the United States of America was raised inside the embassy compound in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The U.S. State Department still advises against travel to Ukraine due to “Russian military invasion and COVID-19.”
