FBI arrests St. Paul shooting suspect in Chicago
A suspect has been arrested in connection to a shooting that occurred near the Minnesota State Capitol.
According to the St. Paul Police Department, 33-year-old Edward Lee Grayson was arrested by the FBI in Chicago in connection to the fatal shooting of Leroy Spivey.

"Seeking justice for victims requires a team effort," St. Paul Police Chief Todd Axtell said. "And between our Homicide Unit, Special Investigations, Forensic Service, all the officers who worked the case and our federal partners, Saint Paul has a great team working on its behalf."
Spivey was shot on Nov. 14 near the intersection of Rice Street and Sherburne Avenue.
Grayson is currently in custody and awaiting extradition back to Minnesota.
According to the St. Paul Police Department, there have been 30 homicides in St. Paul this year, with 28 cleared with arrests or charges.
