Sheriff: Hunter reported missing in Becker County

The Becker County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in finding a hunter reported missing Sunday.

According to a report from the sheriff’s office on Monday, 58-year-old Paul Sandstrom, of Blaine, was last seen in the Gardner Lakes area, near Bad Medicine Lake in the northern part of the county.

Sandstrom reportedly failed to meet up with his hunting group at 11:30 a.m. Sunday and was later reported missing to law enforcement. Sandstrom was last seen wearing orange and black hunting clothing.

Anyone with information on Sandstrom’s whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 218-847-2661.
