‘Orange Friday’ event kicks off firearm deer season in Minnesota

Minnesotans are getting ready for Saturday’s firearm deer season opener.
Friday, Fleet Farm is hosting its annual Orange Friday event. The sale is meant to be a one-stop-shop option for hunters so they can get out to the woods right away Saturday morning with everything they need.

All stores will be opening at 6 a.m., an hour earlier than normal, and the first 500 people in line will get a limited-editition blaze orange hat.
