Person found dead beside burned truck near Duluth

On Friday night the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to an area on Highway Two in Saginaw to a report of a vehicle on fire.
When emergency responders arrived they found a deceased 61-year-old next to a truck that had “burned itself out,” according to a press release.
Authorities say that the vehicle was on property owned by the deceased.
The incident is under investigation by the State Fire Marshall, St. Louis County Sheriff, and the Medical Examiner’s Office.
