Felon pleads guilty to pistol possession

A Minneapolis woman has pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm as a felon, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Minnesota announced Thursday.
Rekita Harden, 38, was arrested on March 13, 2020, following a traffic stop on Interstate 35 in Carlton County.
Court documents say that a Beretta Model 90 pistol was found inside of Harden’s backpack when her vehicle was searched by Carlton County deputies.
Harden has yet to be sentenced.
