Victim of Friday crash in St. Paul identified as 64-year-old woman
The victim of a fatal crash on White Bear Avenue Friday night in St. Paul has been identified.
The Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office said 64-year-old Theresa Shively, of St. Paul, was killed in the crash.
According to St. Paul police, Shively was driving a Kia Forte sedan south while a Ford F-350 pickup truck was traveling north on White Bear Avenue just after 7 p.m. The two vehicles collided head-on near Ames Avenue, police said.

Shively was pronounced dead by St. Paul Fire medics at the scene, police said.
The driver of the pickup truck and two passengers were brought to a hospital with minor injuries, according to police.
Investigators from the Saint Paul Police Traffic and Pedestrian Safety Unit and the Forensic Services Unit are reconstructing the crash to find what caused it, police said.
