Target HQ keeps hybrid work model, won’t require employees to return to the office

A spokesperson for Target confirmed Tuesday that the future of work at Target HQ in downtown Minneapolis will remain hybrid — meaning employees there won’t be asked to be in the office with a set schedule or any percentage of time.

Target added that their physical offices will play an important role in how the company works moving forward.

Target departed from another downtown space last year after the option for employees to work remotely decreased the overall demand for workspace.
