Subject of northern Minnesota manhunt convicted of murdering wife

An Oklee man has been found guilty by a jury of murdering his wife.
Friday, a Pennington County jury found 46-year-old Eric James Reinbold guilty of second-degree intentional murder in the death of Lissette Reinbold.
Lissette was found fatally stabbed on July 9, 2021, which sparked a 25-day manhunt in northwestern Minnesota as authorities — including a special operations group — searched for Eric.

Second-degree murder carries a penalty of up to 40 years in prison.
Reinbold’s sentencing date hasn’t yet been set.
