State Patrol: Truck spins out, goes off bridge on I-35 near Owatonna
A vehicle went off a bridge after spinning out on I-35 near Owatonna Tuesday morning, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
The crash happened at about 8:50 a.m. After going off the bridge, the truck landed on railroad tracks.
In a photo published on social media by the State Patrol, it appears a crane was used to remove the truck from the railroad tracks.
This vehicle spun out, went off the bridge and landed on the railroad tracks below just before 9 a.m. on Interstate 35 near Owatonna. Nobody was seriously injured. The driver was using cruise control, which we don't recommend in the winter. pic.twitter.com/rmwmmEtDtK

The State Patrol said neither of the two people inside the vehicle was seriously injured, but they were taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The State Patrol also said both were wearing seat belts.
It is believed the driver was using cruise control, which the State Patrol advises against during winter months.
