St. Paul police: Man shot at Airbnb on Summit Avenue

St. Paul police are investigating a shooting early Sunday morning at an Airbnb rental on Summit Avenue, the department tells 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS.

Officers went to a property on the 1800 block of Summit Avenue around 3 a.m. for a report of a shooting. Police say they were told the property was an Airbnb.

At the scene, responders found a 44-year-old man with gunshot wound that was not life-threatening.

Medics took the man to the hospital.

Police say there is no apparent threat to the public, and they are not seeking a known suspect at this time.
