Slavic Experience festival kicks off Saturday

A brand new festival is kicking off Saturday in Minneapolis.
The Slavic Experience festival aims to do just that — give community members an authentic Slavic experience.
It runs Saturday and Sunday, starting at 10 a.m. each day, at Boom Island Park.
Aneta Toporowska Lennartson, one of the event organizers, joined 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS Saturday morning to talk about the festival.
