Sheriff’s office investigating multiple weekend burglaries in Morrison County

Authorities in Morrison County are investigating multiple residential burglary reports over this past weekend.

The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office said the areas were northeast of Little Falls, including Belle Prairie and Ripley townships.

According to the sheriff’s office, doors were pried open on several buildings, and guns, pistol holsters, hunting equipment, chainsaws, a battery charger and other tools were reported missing.

Authorities encouraged residents to immediately call law enforcement if they see suspicious people or activity.
