Preparations continue with the start of the 2022 Great Minnesota Get-Together less than a week away.
Saturday, some employees underwent training for serving alcohol.
A large group watched a presentation in an effort to get ready to serve the many fairgoers.
“This is where it gets really good. This is where the food deliveries come in, beer deliveries come in, we check in with all the employees, go over training and procedures and just getting everybody excited to be back,” Jennie Enloe, owner of The Hideaway Speakeasy, told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS.
The State Fair kicks off Thursday and runs through Labor Day.
