Police: 2 hospitalized after shooting in north Minneapolis

Police say two people were taken to the hospital after a shooting in north Minneapolis Tuesday night.

A police spokesperson said the shooting occurred just before 9 p.m. on the 700 block of Penn Avenue North.

The two women suffered gunshot wounds that are not considered to be life-threatening.

Police do not have a suspect in custody at this time.
