Pedestrian injured in Burnsville hit-and-run

The Minnesota State Patrol said that a pedestrian was hit overnight around 2:30 a.m. near the area of Highway 13 and Washburn Avenue in Burnsville and the vehicle involved drove away.

The person hit is a 24-year-old man from Shakopee. The man has serious, but not life-threatening injuries, a spokesperson for the state patrol says.
