Overnight St. Paul crash injures 2
Police say two people are recovering from non-life-threatening injuries following an overnight crash in St. Paul’s Payne-Phalen neighborhood.
St. Paul police say officers were called to the intersection of Magnolia Avenue East and Earl Street North at midnight Monday morning.
At the scene, officers found a pickup truck and a motorcycle that had collided.
Police say the motorcycle’s driver, a 36-year-old man, and his passenger, a 33-year-old woman, were taken to an area hospital for injuries that were not life-threatening.
There is no information about the driver of the pickup truck at this time.
Police say they’re still investigating the cause of the crash but currently don’t believe drugs and alcohol were involved.
