Non-stop flight from MSP to South Korea returns Wednesday
The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) and Delta Airlines are celebrating the return of a nonstop flight from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to Seoul Incheon International Airport in South Korea.
Delta’s direct flight to the city resumed this week, with trips happening three times a week. Daily flights from MSP to Seoul are expected to begin Oct. 29.
The plane used for the trip can carry more than 300 passengers on the more than 12-hour journey, which airport officials say is more than 6,200 miles.
Delta says with this trip, it will get back to pre-pandemic flight numbers to Korea.
