MPS Board of Education member resigns
A Minneapolis Public Schools Board of Education member has resigned.
The district on Wednesday confirmed that Josh Pauly stepped down from his seat, effective immediately.

His decision comes on the ninth day of the teacher strike in the district.
Pauly served on the board as an at-large member since 2019. His term was set to end next year.
It wasn’t immediately clear why he resigned.
