Mini-golf, restaurant coming to Seven Points in Uptown
A new food and art-based space is coming to Seven Points, the Uptown retail complex formerly known as Calhoun Square.
Arts & Rec is bringing an art-focused experiential concept and restaurant in 2022. The 13,500-square-foot space will include artist-designed mini-golf, a performance space and a food and beverage program on the first floor and rooftop, according to a news release.
The building representative said they have also redesigned a pedestrian-friendly entrance at the corner and Lake Street and Hennepin Avenue to the building. The entrance at that spot had been shuttered for five years.
Some recent, new tenants to the building include Chase Bank, Curioso Coffee and a holiday pop-up featuring local vendors hosted by True North Collaborative.
Last week, Kitchen Window, which had been located in the building for 35 years, announced it is closing.
