Late-night incident on Highway 280 under investigation

Multiple agencies responded to Highway 280 near I-94 in St. Paul late Tuesday night for an incident.
Footage from a traffic camera in the area showed an active scene around 11 p.m.
No word on what exactly happened or if anyone was hurt.
