Millions of holiday lights will soon be sparkling in downtown St. Paul.

Randy Levy, the co-founder of the GLOW Holiday Festival, joined 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS to discuss the popular returning attractions, new features this year and much more.

The GLOW Holiday Festival takes place from Nov. 21 to Jan. 5 at CHS Field in St. Paul.
