Fire in St. Paul damages 29 vehicles early Saturday morning
A fire that broke out in St. Paul burned 29 vehicles early Saturday morning, according to a spokesperson for the St. Paul Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the call at about 4:30 a.m. Saturday to the 1200 block of Jackson Street.
A post from the St. Paul Fire Department states that crews encountered some access issues that slowed suppression efforts.
Fire crews spent about four hours extinguishing the blaze.
The area is the site of an auction house called IAA Minneapolis/St. Paul, a business that buys and sells a variety of vehicles.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
