Fatal crash reported on Minneapolis exit ramp Saturday morning

A man is dead after a crash in Minneapolis Saturday morning. 

A report from the Minnesota State Patrol states that the crash happened just before 7:30 a.m. Saturday on the westbound I-94 exit ramp to Washington Avenue North. 

The driver, 32-year-old Hangasu Abdurkadir Jillo of Spring Lake, died from his injuries at the hospital after the crash.

The incident report states that a 2005 Chevy Yukon driven by Jillo hit a cement wall as it was exiting the ramp. 

The report states that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected from the vehicle.
