Farmfest kicks off Tuesday in Redwood County

Farmfest 2022 gets underway this week in southwestern Minnesota.

The event runs from Tuesday through Thursday in Redwood County, near Morgan, and brings together the best in the agriculture business from around the country.

In addition, the event hosts several political debates, including a candidate forum featuring Gov. Tim Walz, and his likely Republican challenger Scott Jensen. That event will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.

Forums will also be held for the open First Congressional District seat, as well as forums with candidates from the second, sixth, seventh and eighth districts.
