Bed Bath & Beyond to close St. Cloud store

Consumers in the St. Cloud area will soon have one less store to visit in the area.
Bed Bath and Beyond says its St. Cloud location is among the roughly 150 stores it plans to close.
As previously reported, the retail store said it would reduce its workforce by 20%.

The St. Cloud store is the only Minnesota location affected on the list of stores scheduled to be closed. CLICK HERE for the full closure list, which doesn’t include any Wisconsin locations as of this time.
Nationwide, the retailer operated 769 Bed Bath & Beyond stores in May. Those stores were in addition to 135 Buy Buy Baby stores and 51 stores under the names Harmon, Harmon Face Values or Face Values. Earlier this year, there were 32,000 employees with the company.
A timeline for the store closures wasn’t immediately clear.
