A fourth suspect charged in connection to the kidnapping and murder of a Minneapolis realtor appeared in court Friday.

Monique Baugh was found with multiple gunshot wounds and duct tape around her wrists in the area of 1300 block of Russell Avenue North in Minneapolis on New Year's Eve. She was pronounced dead a short while later.

Shante Cheriece Davis, 38, made her first appearance on charges of aiding an offender on Friday. She was granted bail but remains in custody.

Three other people have been charged in connection to the incident. Cedric Lamont Berry and Berry Davis each face one count of second-degree murder and one count of kidnapping. Elsa Segura has also been charged with one count of kidnapping.

According to a criminal complaint, Shante Davis is the wife of Cedric Berry and the sister of Berry Davis. The complaint alleges she helped make arrangements to assist the suspects accused of murdering Baugh, including booking a hotel room for them and driving her husband to pick up the U-Haul that was used to kidnap Baugh.

Davis' next court appearance will be on March 12.
